In my new year resolution I wrote many points but I missed the idea of being more organized. In Jan each year I feel some recession of energy and much of it is spend on trifles .I know tis easier to live in the planned space,maybe this is the right way to solve my problem.

How true it is to keep an eye open for all of those little, unnecessary expenditures which if added up at the end of the year, can amount to quite a sizeable chunk of money.

On the one hand we do everything we can to make money online and then often immediately cancel out these efforts to make money online by spending it out on things that we don’t really need, for example, newspapers etc which let’s face it are quite expensive nowadays, if you buy one every day, that’s another £7.00 a week straight down the drain or around £350 a year, the same with all of those chocolate bars we buy or packets of crisps etc, it all adds up.

Of course, we can’t deny ourselves every little luxury in a recession, but if for example we staill want to enjoy that once a year real treat, for example a holiday in an exotic location, just some tweaks here and there to our lifestyles can make all the difference.

I am so surprised everyday every year at how much money can be saved from just simply cutting out unnecessary spending. Those little $5 and $10 hits add up faster than you can imagine.

I don’t know if having fun for me will save me money, but I am going to do it anyway. lol. But I have taken a resolution to be more organized and scheduled, that way I can have more time to have fun.

I made 2 resolutions, one to learn to drive and one to finish my studies. I have now had 3 hours of driving tuition so I have actually started to get that one done and I have also downloaded all my offline content for my studies and completed the first module so up to now I have been a good boy.

Those are some nice goals to have. As for myself, I will be following those tips, along with a few others such as:

1) Lower quantity, higher quality blog updates
2) Forget the job, find a career
3) Finish that damn screenplay that is sitting in my computer

Some nice goals there Nicole. That last one is so important. I think I might have to add at least one more exercise related goal to my list.

i do not make any new year resolutions, i personally take it as it comes , i do not do pre-plannning . i think before what i do , so this makes me save money ,time as well.

I only have 2 simple resolutions — to say YES more often, and to procrastinate less
