Sale at Macy’s!!
OK, people, when I read about the 65% sale at Macy’s my mouth actually watered! I don’t know about you, but the big brown bag brings me a lot of joy! So the urge to add to my wardrobe is once more upon me and I shall be going shopping.
Now how great is this pencil skirt at $9.99 down from $38, made from Polyester/rayon/spandex, I think it is a must have for every girl’s wardrobe. And this is a real good section to take a good long look at; the $9.99 page. It has some really super clothes all under ten bucks.
I loved this Kenneth Cole Contrast Collar Dress Shirt for $19.99, down from $88! It’s linen and comes in 5 really smart colors (now if only I could convince my significant other that he can carry off lavender).
When you talk jeans, I think it is absolutely no use going with any new fangled trend, buy the classic fit jeans and they will be your friends for years. I rarely, if ever find classic fit jeans on sale (it’s always the distressed or the embroidered etc what seem to be on sale), so I was really pleased to find these Levi’s Basic 569 Jeans for $39.99, down from $58, which works out to a one third discount; pretty decent I thought.
And how about this Lacoste Striped Polo shirt for $39.99, down from $85? I found some really great things on the Men’s and Women’s sales pages of Macy’s which I really recommend you should go and check out, but I will just list a few more things that deserve an honorable mention:
Check out this Hilary Radley Reversible Houndstooth / Quilted jacket which is available for just $46 down from $182! Looks really snug and smart too! Also check out this very smart little black dress (can you ever have enough black dresses?) for $126 down from $168.
The guys should really check out this IZOD golf vest for just $24.99 down from $100! Really good deal! It is also available in black which looks even smarter. Also check out Nike’s basic Tees for $16.99 or $30 for two. Available in 10 different colors. Go get the brown bag for yourself!

Yes. I feel the same. I used to buy most of the items on sale then realized that I bought them not because I really liked them but because they were on sale. Now, I’ve become more selective…

I agree, you have to be sure you are buying something you really need, not just something because it’s a great price. Still….if it’s a basic or classic piece and they have your size, it can be a real find.

Yeah.. This time we have to be smart. We should recognized our wants and needs. Sometimes we buy something which is we do not need. So, even if the product is really low price we should not buy it.. unless we really need it.
