Here’s a tip – only bother if you have a room dedicated to work, there’s no point putting an office in a bedroom I find because you need that work-life separation even if you do work from home.

There are pros and cons for home office…the major and most important factor to me is discipline needed as there are too much distraction at home

I tried working from home and failed miserably – there is always something else that needs to be done, I really can’t focus on my work. As a result, I worked 4-6 hours top, not the 8 I aimed at. But if you think your will is strong enough – go for it!

I love finding bargains at Flea Markets. They have a large one every Sunday at an old Drive-In Theater and it kinda blows you away at how much you can save.
